Day 2 teaches cognitive reframing to identify and replace negative thoughts. Day 3 explores strategies for cultivating positive emotions through gratitude and affirmations. Day 4 highlights the body-mind connection with desk-friendly stretches and movement breaks. Day 5 focuses on work-life balance, including boundary-setting scripts and an end-of-workday checklist.
