This 5-day self-paced challenge helps you build practical mental health habits through short, daily exercises. Day 1 introduces mindfulness and grounding techniques, including guided breathing. Day 2 teaches cognitive reframing to identify and replace negative thoughts. Day 3 explores strategies for cultivating positive emotions through gratitude and affirmations. Day 4 highlights the body-mind connection with desk-friendly stretches and movement breaks. Day 5 focuses on work-life balance, including boundary-setting scripts and an end-of-workday checklist. A closing Reflection and Resources lesson helps learners identify next steps and connects them to therapist directories and helplines.
