Through a series of lessons, participants will explore the historical context of oppression, the importance of collaboration, and the role of laws such as ESSA in promoting equitable practices. The course emphasizes self-awareness and the examination of personal biases, encouraging participants to engage in meaningful discussions about equity and justice.
